St. Andrew's Pipes and Drums

St. Andrew's Pipes & Drums of Tampa Bay has been in existence in one format or another since 1969. The organization is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) and is comprised completely of members who perform all of the functions of the organization as well as playing in the band.
